Not only is she part of the dynamic new Sinclair Property Group who are our brand new sponsors of our podcast, Natalie Sinclair is a phenomenon that many of us have on multiple occasions wondered how she does it!

Natalie’s career has seen her run a national business magazine from a young age, to creating a new retail and online business going from a side hustle to a full-time gig and carrying it through a pandemic, to then selling it and once again switching industries and diving into real estate and now starting and catapulting Sinclair Property Group to great success. Natalie has a way about business that makes it seem like everything she touches turns to gold, and she’s done all of this while also holding the roles of mother, step-mother, wife, sister, best friend, and been a multi-award winner, speaker and more.

But what adds extra intrigue to Natalie’s story is that throughout her life and amongst all her roles, despite her incredibly social and confident disposition is that Natalie has had to find ways to handle her sometimes debilitating anxiety.

In this episode Natalie shares her insights into dealing with anxiety, showing up in business and in her personal life, diving into new opportunities with no Plan B and how she confidently puts herself out there in marketing to see her businesses succeed.

How do you start an online retail business with Amazon as a side hustle … while nursing a newborn and managing the business to go global as a single mum? Well, this episode’s guest Denise Billsborough shares all with her experience in creating and growing Little Archer and Co.
Going on maternity leave, with her new little family down to one wage and considering her role as a mother and provider, Denise thought long and hard about what she wanted to achieve for her family’s future and came up with a great plan. She realised that it would be really difficult to go back to full-time work while also caring for her baby, and she also discovered a gap in the market for new mothers trying to decipher all the new product offerings and learnings surrounding motherhood… so Little Archer and Co was born. Denise had no previous experience in the online retail space, and so in this podcast she shares with us how she got started, how she made it work with her lifestyle and how it has become an international online store, recognised and showcased by Amazon Australia and hitting new goals.
